Delhi House Streetfood & Cocktail Bar is expanding and looking for the perfect space to bring our unique flavors and culture to cities like Turku, Helsinki ( Finland), Tallinn (Estonia), and Stockholm ( Sweden).
We do 2 kind of Models-
• Where we take care of all the backhand support.
• Where the Franchise will take care of Operations and backhand according to our guidelines.
Our models to expand are –
1. Self-Funded – leased Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) stores.
2. Property Owner or Property Developer – invested COCO stores, with a higher rental or revenue share in return for the investment made by them on the restaurant Capex.
3. Ready F&B spaces at 5-star hotels – at prime locations for a MG and Rev share.
4. Infra / Asset leasing model – with a minimum guaranteed return on the investment and additional upside from revenue share.
